FAQ

How do in-Home Evaluations work?

The cost of an evaluation is $75, and that amount is credited in full to whichever program you sign up for. WaGB Training will come to your home and thoroughly discuss every aspect of your life with Fido. The evaluation consists of questions and interactions with your dog and household members. It is important to schedule a time that all the family/household members can attend so we can have as much information as possible before recommending the best program for you both. Evaluations last about an hour and during the process you will gain a lot of knowledge about your dog, their behavior and how to get success moving forward with or without us.

What are a board and train camps?

Our board and train programs are conducted in our home to provide the most training benefits for you and Fido. Your dog(s), will stay with WaGB anywhere from one to four weeks, depending on your package of choice. We will teach your dog many new commands and positive behaviors for your home and public lifestyle. WaGB also uses staff dogs and a staff cat to help with the transition to a better dog as well as to help teach proper socialization. Go home and follow up lessons ensure your success is continued once you return home with Fido. Pick up and drop offs, picture and video updates, mid-course lessons/visits, as well as training equipment and many other benefits are included and detailed with each package.

Do you offer boarding?

Since WaGB is primarily a training facility, boarding is reserved for past training clients only. This allows for the consistent use of the commands you use in your home with the trainer who trained your dog initially. It is also a great opportunity for a small refresher lesson while Fido is in our care.  Space is limited and first come first serve. Please call ahead to check availability and secure your spot for Fido.

Do you work with rescues?

WaGB loves to work with rescues of any breed or size. We do not offer discounts since our packages are priced to provide our clients with the best product for their money, but we are always extremely focused on achieving goals in the most efficient way possible. Our trainers are very experienced when it comes to integrating rescue pups to your new family.

Do you offer a military or first responder discounts?

We also ask owners to specify any allergies or restrictions. WaGB has training treats on hand or clients may provide them.
